Do you cater for allergies?

Yes we can, we take food allergies very seriously and we make sure that every food preparation areas is sanitised thoroughly before preparing.

 

Can your Sourdough Crumpets be frozen?

Yes our sourdough crumpets freeze very well. We recommend that you bring the sourdough crumpets to room temperature prior to toasting. This will ensure they are light & fluffy

Whats the best way to store sourdough crumpets?

Our crumpets are best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days. They should be stored in the fridge during summer months to prevent mould.

Are you Sourdough Crumpets gluten free?

Technically our sourdough crumpets are not gluten free and if you suffer from Coeliacs disease we strongly suggest that you don’t try them.

This being said, the fermentation process in the sourdough eats away the nasties and the gluten is reduced by 97% making gluten intolerant sufferers able to eat sourdough crumpets safely.
